German Councillor Julien Ferrat Proposes Swinging Parties at Mannheim City Hall to Boost Tourism
Julien Ferrat, a German councillor nicknamed the 'craziest councilor,' has proposed hosting group sex parties at Mannheim city hall to promote a 'swingers' paradise' and boost local tourism. He argues that such events would foster closeness with citizens and generate revenue without raising taxes. While Ferrat claims 50 locals have expressed interest, city officials express serious doubts about the feasibility and admissibility of the plan. The proposal faces significant hurdles, including the need for a permit from a conservative-led council.
