Big Ten, SEC Strike Deal on College Sports Reform Act
The Big Ten and SEC have brokered a deal with lawmakers on the Protect College Sports Act, potentially granting a limited antitrust exemption to implement a one-time transfer rule, impose a stricter revenue-sharing cap, and bar coaches from leaving a team before a season ends (the so-called Lane Kiffin Rule).
