Five Xbox titles will lose online services in August 2026: NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 and WWE 2K Battlegrounds on August 20 (no online achievements affected), Warface: Clutch on August 25 (all achievements discontinued), and NHL 22 and NHL 23 on August 31 (each loses 19 online-only achievements). Three titles will have online achievements discontinued, and EA’s Grid Legends is also shutting down later this year.
Servers for multiple Ubisoft Xbox 360 games, including Driver: San Francisco and Splinter Cell: Blacklist, have unexpectedly come back online, allowing players to unlock previously-discontinued online achievements. While Ubisoft officially shut down the servers for these games in October 2022, intermittent online services have been observed, and now players have the opportunity to unlock achievements once again. However, these servers are likely to go offline soon, so players are advised to act quickly if they want to take advantage of this opportunity.
