Deli Boys Bids Farewell as Hulu Cancels After Two Seasons
Hulu has canceled the comedy series Deli Boys after two seasons airing under Onyx Collective, despite strong critical acclaim (near-universal Rotten Tomatoes praise). The show, created by Abdullah Saeed and featuring cast like Asif Ali, Saagar Shaikh, and Poorna Jagannathan, added Fred Armisen and Andrew Rannells in Season 2. It ends on a cliffhanger with unresolved arcs. Deadline first reported the cancellation, and Variety notes the decision came as a matter of not attracting a wide enough audience to warrant a third season.
