REE Automotive's P7-C electric truck becomes the first vehicle certified in the US to operate entirely through steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, and drive-by-wire technology, making it eligible for up to $100,000 in incentives. The company has begun deliveries of the P7-C to authorized dealers, starting with Pritchard EV in Iowa, and is aiming to target fleet customers in the US. The vehicle is eligible for the IRS' Commercial Clean Vehicle Tax Credit and is in the process of obtaining approved eligibility for various state incentives.
