Indiana Man Arrested in Stalking Case Involving Fever Guard Sophie Cunningham
Forty-eight-year-old Kevin Singh was arrested in Marion County on two felony stalking and intimidation charges and a misdemeanor harassment count for allegedly sending threatening and explicit messages to Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham and for threatening Pacers security official John Ball after a cease-and-desist; prosecutors seek a stay-away order from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and a higher-than-standard bond due to a parole violation. Singh has prior stalking/privacy convictions and recently filed a defamation suit against Pacers Sports & Entertainment; this is the second stalking case involving an Indiana Fever player.
