Kings map out an 84-game 2026-27 schedule with a divisional grind
The LA Kings’ 2026-27 regular-season slate returns to an 84-game format—the first since 1993-94—bringing a divisional-heavy schedule (four games against every Pacific Division opponent and three against each Central Division team) plus 32 games versus the Eastern Conference. The season opens with a playoff rematch in Denver against Colorado, features a division-heavy first week, a busy March, several matinee starts, roughly ten back-to-back sets, and a holiday schedule shifted to avoid a New Year’s Eve/Day game, with eight of the final 11 games against Pacific opponents and the calendar largely returning to a normal flow after last season’s disruptions.
