St. Paul leasing-office shooting linked to parking contract; man charged with triple murder
A 30-year-old man, Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu, has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder for fatally shooting three apartment-management employees inside a St. Paul leasing office after being told he could not cancel his $65/month parking contract. Authorities say surveillance video shows the shots, and a roommate says Binessu confessed. He’s held on $10 million bail pending his initial court appearance.
