Arrest sparks police presence in Verona, Dane Co. budget hearing nears, shots fired at Warner Park Beach, buck crashes into Beloit restaurant, trial dates set for bike path assault suspect

A large police presence was observed in Verona, Wisconsin, when officers spotted Duan Briggs, who had an active felony arrest warrant for violating his parole.
