Influencer Tiny’s Bangkok cosmetic procedure tragedy underscores risk of penile fillers
British-Nigerian influencer Igho Ubiribo, known as Tiny, died in Bangkok after a penis enlargement procedure using hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. Following the procedure, he experienced chest pains and collapsed; CPR was performed for 100 minutes before he died. A UK postmortem linked his death to a pulmonary embolism caused by penile fillers found in his lungs. The inquest highlighted the dangers of the procedure. Ubiribo had a large social media following and was holidaying in Bangkok with his wife when the event occurred; his funeral was later held in Kensington.
