Florida influencer avoids jail with probation after livestream alligator incident
Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, was sentenced to six months of probation after pleading no contest to unlawfully discharging a firearm at a wildlife sanctuary during a March livestream. As part of a deal, the case can be dismissed if he completes firearms and wildlife safety courses and 20 hours of community service that cannot be streamed or monetized. Fellow influencer Andrew Morales (The Cuban Tarzan) also pleaded no contest with a similar deal, while a third person, Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres (Baby Alien), faces a plea on May 20.
