Samsung Unveils 4K 360Hz Penta Tandem OLED and Ultra-Slim Laptop Panel at Computex
Samsung Display announced at Computex a 16-product OLED stack led by a world-first 4K 360 Hz QD-OLED monitor built with a five-layer Penta Tandem RGB stack, promising brighter, more precise visuals. The lineup spans from 8.8-inch to 49-inch self-emissive panels, including a 34-inch QD-OLED with True Black 500 certification and additional 27-inch and 31.5-inch sizes. The company also teased an Ultra Slim laptop panel that reduces module thickness by over 20% through etched TFT substrates and encapsulation glass, signaling thinner laptops in the near term.
