BlackRock's Hildebrand not involved in UBS's potential takeover of Credit Suisse
BlackRock Vice Chairman Philipp Hildebrand is reportedly taking part in talks as Swiss officials try to put together a deal for UBS to take over Credit Suisse. However, a BlackRock spokesman denied Hildebrand's formal involvement in the discussions. Earlier, BlackRock also denied any plans or interest in acquiring Credit Suisse.
