Planet Zoo 2 Launches on Xbox, Emphasizing Conservation Education Through New Wildlife Reserves
Planet Zoo 2 has launched on Xbox Series X|S, introducing Wildlife Reserves that require players to breed animals in zoos before releasing them into managed wild ecosystems. The game adds aquatic and avian species, environmental management tasks, and real-world monitoring tools like camera traps. Reviewers highlight its potential as an educational tool for teaching children about rewilding and animal welfare, building on the first game's focus on breeding for conservation.
