Netflix Kicks Off Production on Carley Fortune Romance Series on PEI
Netflix has begun production on the adaptation of Carley Fortune’s novel This Summer Will Be Different, filming on Prince Edward Island with six new cast members joining leads Sophie Nélisse, Francesca Reale and Roby Attal. The 10-episode romance series is directed by Karen Maine, Jasmin Mozaffari and Fab Filippo, produced by Sphere Media, and follows a sun-soaked romance across multiple summers.
