National Archives Uncovers 5,000 Emails Tied to Alleged Biden Pseudonyms in Lawsuit

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has revealed in a lawsuit that it possesses over 5,300 emails and documents potentially containing pseudonyms used by President Biden during his vice presidency. The Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) filed a lawsuit demanding all Biden vice presidential records and communications related to three email accounts. House Republicans investigating the Biden family claim that these pseudonyms were used by then-Vice President Biden to communicate with his son, Hunter Biden. The SLF had previously filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the records but had not received any documents. NARA confirmed the existence of over 5,000 potentially responsive documents in an email. The lawsuit comes after House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer requested unredacted emails and communications between Biden and his son related to Ukraine and Burisma, as well as documents related to the pseudonyms.
