Datavault AI Wins USPTO Allowance for End-to-End Asset Tokenization Platform

Datavault AI announced the USPTO issued a Notice of Allowance for a patent covering the full lifecycle of tokenized assets (minting, authentication, and utilization), bolstering a portfolio of over 100 patents. The patent family supports the company’s IDE platform for converting real‑world assets like commodities and real estate into compliant digital instruments, with tangible traction including a $750 million tokenization contract pipeline and $77 million in fees in Q1 2026. The expansion aligns with regulatory developments around digital assets (e.g., CLARITY Act) and positions Datavault AI’s tokenization infrastructure as a competitive differentiator for enterprise adoption.

WLFI to tokenise loan revenue from Trump Maldives hotel with Securitize and DarGlobal

World Liberty Financial plans a private, on-chain offering to tokenize loan revenue interests in the Trump International Hotel & Resort, Maldives, in partnership with Securitize and DarGlobal. The tokens are targeted to accredited investors (Reg D 506(c) and Reg S) and will be issued on supported blockchains, with transfers restricted. The arrangement aims to provide fixed yield and loan revenue exposure to the luxury asset being developed (100 villas, completion targeted for 2030), with potential use of tokens as collateral through WLFI Markets. The Trump Organization is not the issuer; participation is via a private placement to eligible investors, with offshore or non-US involvement as described.
