HBO is greenlighting an eight-part documentary series, Jay-Z in 8, directed by Rick Rubin, featuring Jay-Z discussing his music, life, and creative process. Kesha has released her fifth studio album, "Gag Order," which includes 13 emotional tracks produced by Rick Rubin. The album features vulnerable lyrics and co-writing credits from Kesha's mother, Pebe Sebert, and even includes her 8-year-old niece Luna speaking on one track. The release comes ahead of Kesha's legal battle with her alleged abuser, Dr. Luke, which is set to go to trial in July.
Kesha has announced her fifth studio album, Gag Order, produced by Rick Rubin and set to release on May 19 via Kemosabe Records and RCA Records. The first two songs from the album, "Fine Line" and "Eat the Acid," will be released on April 28. Kesha and Dr. Luke remain in a legal battle, and Kesha was unable to comment on her label contract or the case in a recent interview with Rolling Stone.
