A confirmed tornado damaged The Oasis San Antonio apartments on UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio's Northwest Side, tearing off part of the roof and damaging three fourth‑floor units. No injuries were reported, but about 10–12 UTSA students living there may be displaced with Red Cross assistance. Peak outages affected about 18,000 customers; 233 remained without power by 1:41 PM.
