Yellowstone bison hurls elderly man after charging
A 2,000-pound bull bison charged a 65-year-old grandfather at Bridge Bay Campground in Yellowstone National Park, ramming him with its head and tossing him into the air. He sustained multiple injuries and was hospitalized. The National Park Service warns visitors to stay at least 25 yards away from bison and never approach them for photos, noting they can run faster than humans and can be unpredictable during mating season.
