Whitney Leavitt to Lead Limited Broadway Run as Sandra Dee in Just In Time
Whitney Leavitt will return to Broadway for a six‑week limited engagement in the Bobby Darin bio‑musical Just In Time, taking over as Sandra Dee at Circle in the Square Theatre from December 1, 2026, through January 10, 2027. The casting, announced by lead producers Tom Kirdahy, Robert Ahrens and John Frost, follows her breakout Chicago run and TV/Dancing with the Stars fame. Just In Time, which opened in 2025 with Jonathan Groff and Erika Henningsen and has since recouped its capitalization, also stars Carrie St. Louis as Dee. The Dee numbers include songs like Not For Me, Eighteen Yellow Roses and Irresistible You, and Leavitt’s appearance is expected to drive holiday box office during the peak Christmas–New Year period.
