If approved, Flight 14 from SpaceX’s Starbase in Texas would launch within a 75‑minute window starting at 8:15 a.m. EDT, carry up to 26 Starlink V3 satellites, and attempt six orbits before a Pacific Ocean splashdown; the booster would splash down in the Gulf of Mexico, and a tower catch is not planned for this mission.
