Serial Killer’s Ex-Wife and Survivor Join Forces to Hunt for Additional Cold Case Victims
Bonnie Lou Gower, the ex-wife of serial killer Richard Evonitz, and survivor Kara Robinson Chamberlain are collaborating to determine if Evonitz committed additional unsolved murders. Their investigation, featured in the Investigation Discovery docuseries 'The Serial Killer Connection,' focuses on gaps in Evonitz's timeline and missing DNA records. Gower is providing historical data on Evonitz's movements during their marriage, while Chamberlain is examining older cases. Evonitz, who died by suicide in 2002, was linked to three confirmed murders and the kidnapping of Chamberlain, but both women believe he may have targeted others.
