Voronezh Drone Barrage Kills Three, Damages Key Industrial Sites
A large-scale Ukrainian drone attack on Voronezh, Russia, killed at least three people and injured 29 others overnight on October 25-26. The strike damaged a prominent 25-story business center, residential complexes, and the Voronezhsintezkauchuk synthetic rubber plant, which supplies materials for military tires and missile components. Separately, 20 freight cars derailed in Sverdlovsk Region, causing fires in seven fuel tankers. Russian authorities claimed air defenses intercepted 113 drones in the region, while Ukrainian monitoring channels suggested some damage resulted from Russian electronic warfare systems.
