MicroStrategy Pays Off Silvergate Loan and Increases Bitcoin Holdings

MicroStrategy paid off a $205M loan two years early to Silvergate Capital, releasing 34,619 bitcoins held as collateral. The company also acquired more than 6,000 bitcoin since mid-February and raised more than $300M from the sale of its shares. MicroStrategy now holds a total of 138,955 bitcoins, acquired at an aggregate purchase price of ~$4.14B.
