Withings Gates Apple Health Syncing Behind $99 Subscription for New Users
Withings now requires new users to pay $99.99 annually for the Withings+ subscription to automatically sync data with Apple Health. This change applies to accounts created on or after October 13, 2026, while existing users retain free access. The move has sparked significant backlash, with critics labeling it an unnecessary paywall for a basic feature that previously cost nothing.
