Pizza Hut in Hong Kong has collaborated with a local restaurant to introduce a snake pizza, featuring shredded snake meat, black mushrooms, and Chinese dried ham. Snake stew is a popular dish in Hong Kong and southern China, believed to have medicinal properties. The 9-inch pizza, served with abalone sauce, is available until November 22. Pizza Hut has previously experimented with unconventional flavors in Asian franchises, such as durian and pig blood curds in Taiwan, and Tonkotsu ramen in Japan.
