
Stepbrother Indicted as Adult in Cruise-Ship Death of Anna Kepner
A 16-year-old stepbrother has been indicted as an adult on first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse in the death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner aboard the Carnival Horizon in international waters.
