Heavy rain and storms in Las Vegas have caused flooding, stranded cars, and power outages. A ground stop was implemented at Harry Reid International Airport, and a sinkhole has opened up in the Spring Valley area. The Flood Watch is in effect until Saturday evening, with more showers and storms expected.
