
ADHD Strengths Linked to Higher Well-Being, Study Finds
An international study of 200 adults with ADHD and 200 controls shows those who identify and use ADHD-related strengths—such as hyperfocus, creativity, spontaneity, humor, and intuition—report higher well-being, better quality of life, and fewer anxiety/depression symptoms, supporting a shift toward strengths-based ADHD care and potential targeted interventions.
