Subaru WRX sales rebounded sharply in 2026, with August figures up 191% year-over-year. The recovery follows the reintroduction of a cheaper base trim and improved production priority after the Forester displaced the WRX in 2025. Steve from Australia built an impressive engine-swapped classic Mini by fitting a Subaru WRX engine behind the front seats.
