Swami's Cafe Faces Sexual Harassment Lawsuit from Teenage Employees
Swami's Cafe and Honey's Bistro, a popular restaurant chain in San Diego, is being sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for allegedly allowing male supervisors and co-workers to sexually harass female employees, some of whom were underage, and retaliating against those who complained. The lawsuit details incidents dating back to at least 2019 at nine locations, including Swami's and Honey's Bistro.
