Elden Ring on Switch 2 Surprises with Solid Performance but Not Without Flaws
Eurogamer tests Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition on Switch 2 and finds it runs surprisingly well in docked mode at around 30 FPS, with occasional frame drops during fast boss fights like the Red Wolf of Radagon. The game looks nearly as good as on PC and is generally smooth, but later bosses and the Realm of Shadow DLC could push the hardware further, leaving notable caveats for continued play despite two new starting classes and the promise of a solid handheld port.
