PSU Dominates Semis, Near-Certain to Clinch Fourth Straight NCAA Wrestling Title
Penn State swept through the semifinals with six finalists and owns a commanding 153-point lead over Oklahoma State in the team race, setting up a near-certain fourth consecutive NCAA team title. The spotlight, however, fell on PJ Duke’s 157-pound semifinal loss after a replay overturned a potential takedown in a controversial call, which Cael Sanderson described as a blown call.
