Dr. Tenisha Warner, the widow of actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, has sued his mother Pamela Warner in DeKalb County Superior Court over alleged unmet promises from the couple’s prenuptial agreement and family trust, seeking more than $1.2 million and to halt trust distributions while the dispute is resolved; the complaint lists promised benefits including a $1 million life insurance policy, $5,000 monthly as chief of staff, $16,000 annually, a tax-free retirement account, and college funds, with the estate valued at roughly $3.4–$6 million.
