A suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting on a northbound Green Line train near Hatcher Station in Dallas that left one person dead and two others wounded. The suspect has been charged with one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred just a day after eight people were fatally shot at the Allen Premium Outlets, north of Dallas.
