Lufthansa to Launch First Group Route to Arizona via Munich-Phoenix Service in 2027
Lufthansa will begin nonstop flights between Munich and Phoenix on August 3, 2027, marking the first regular service for any Lufthansa Group airline to Arizona. The route will operate three times weekly on an Airbus A350-900, adding a Star Alliance connection to the city. This expansion is part of the group's largest network growth since 2020, which also includes new routes to Columbus, Ohio, and several Asian destinations.
