Ubisoft's Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora debuted at No.5 on the UK Boxed Charts, while EA Sports FC 24 maintained its top spot. Super Mario Bros Wonder secured the second position, followed by Hogwarts Legacy at No.3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 at No.4. Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition entered at No.15, boosting the sales of the base game. The Sims 4: For Rent expansion debuted at No.26, and several titles re-entered the charts due to promotions.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 debuted at No.1 on the UK boxed charts, outselling Super Mario Bros Wonder and pushing it to No.3. The game sold more physical copies on PS5 than on Xbox Series X|S, but overall boxed sales are down 25% compared to the previous installment. Football Manager 2024 also made its debut at No.5.
Final Fantasy 16 has debuted at No.1 in the UK boxed charts, but its sales are 74% lower than the boxed release of Final Fantasy 15 in 2016. The game is a PS5 exclusive, whereas its predecessor was on both PS4 and Xbox One. Final Fantasy 16 is the fifth fastest-selling boxed game of the year (so far), behind The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Hogwarts Legacy, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and the remake of Resident Evil 4. Sonic Origins Plus debuts at No.3, and Aliens: Dark Descent from Focus Home Interactive debuts at No.11.

Street Fighter 6 debuts at No.2, but its physical sales performance may not reflect its true success as the majority of its sales are expected to come from digital channels. Nintendo announced 10 million sales of Tears of the Kingdom in one weekend, making it the second best-selling Zelda game of all time behind Breath of the Wild.

The Resident Evil 4 remake has launched 29% bigger than the GameCube original in the UK, making it the eighth biggest Resident Evil boxed launch. The sales are 23% lower than 2021's Resident Evil Village and 38% lower than the 2019 Resident Evil 2 remake. However, it did beat the sales of the 2020 Resident Evil 3 remake. The remake's launch was 250% bigger than the Dead Space remake. 73% of Resident Evil 4's boxed sales were on PS5, 14% on the Xbox consoles, and 13% on PS4.
