Netflix Bets on Shark Thriller Sequel as Under Paris 2 Begins Filming in France
Netflix’s shark-thriller Under Paris 2 has begun production in southern France, reuniting Bérénice Bejo and Nassim Lyes with director Alexandre Aja. Set three years after the Paris triathlon disaster, the sequel follows Sophia and Adil as they track Lilith, the original predator, in a shark-infested Seine, with co-writer Xavier Gens staying on and a returning ensemble including Guillaume Gouix, Philippe Bas, Manon Bresch and Anne Marivin.
