Lessons from Titanic submersible disaster still relevant 100 years later.

Underwater cinematographer and producer, Al Giddings, who has gone down 12,460 feet to the depths of the Titanic wreckage 17 times, says the submersible that imploded on its way to see the Titanic wreckage was a "disaster waiting to happen." Giddings explains that the submersible was likely stressed after a number of underwater excursions and that the people in the know would have said it was a disaster waiting to happen.
