Strange last deal recalled in Storage Wars star Darrell Sheets’ final days
Dusty Riach, a fellow Storage Wars castmate, told Us Weekly that Darrell Sheets had an “odd” final interaction in which he settled for a $50,000 offer on an estate collection instead of the $125,000 asking price, a move described as out of character. Sheets later died April 22 from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in Arizona, with authorities finding him at his home; Riach said the follow-up call—reassuring that the check would clear—felt like Sheets was tying up his affairs. Sheets had spoken openly about depression in 2018 and is survived by two children.
