Frahm Earns Top-Three USA Softball POY Bid
Nebraska softball two-way star Jordy Frahm was named to the Top Three List for USA Softball’s Collegiate Player of the Year, marking her second consecutive Top Three finish; she leads Nebraska with a .421 batting average and 19 home runs while also going 19-4 with a 1.15 ERA and 12 saves on the mound, helping NU win the Big Ten regular-season and tournament titles and reach the NCAA Regional and Super Regional rounds; her 12 saves tie the Big Ten single-season record and she’s among national leaders in ERA, saves, strikeouts, and WHIP.
