Overclocker Blames NVIDIA Connector Dispute for EVGA's Final Flagship Card
Vince 'KINGPIN' Lucido claims a dispute with NVIDIA over power connectors delayed and limited production of the EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti KINGPIN. Lucido wanted two 12VHPWR connectors, while NVIDIA insisted on one, which he says derailed the timeline. The card eventually launched with two connectors for $2,500, but this was the last GPU to carry his name before EVGA exited the market in 2022.
