Investors Allege Selena Gomez and Mandy Teefey Misrepresented Wondermind in Fraud Suit
Investors in Selena Gomez and Mandy Teefey’s mental‑health startup Wondermind have filed a federal lawsuit in Delaware claiming they were misled about the company’s operations and revenue potential, with a claim that nearly $1.2 million was invested under false pretenses. The suit accuses Gomez, Teefey, and former partner Daniella Pierson of misrepresentations and concealing financial and operational problems as Wondermind allegedly collapsed. Plaintiffs seek the return of their initial investments plus damages and lawyers’ fees, and note a prior 2025 investigative report from The Cut highlighted the company’s turmoil. Gomez, Teefey, and Pierson have not publicly commented yet.
