
Prime Video Renews Young Sherlock for Season 2 with Guy Ritchie Returning to Direct
Prime Video has ordered a second season of Young Sherlock, with Guy Ritchie back to direct the opening episode. The eight-episode origin series, created by Matthew Parkhill and produced by Motive Pictures for Amazon MGM Studios, stars Hero Fiennes-Tiffin as Holmes and Donal Finn as Moriarty. Season 1 has been a global hit, topping Prime Video charts in 95 countries and drawing around 45 million viewers; no Season 2 casting news has been announced yet, but the renewal signals plans for multiple installments.
