BYD's Sea Lion 07 Electric SUV Gains Impressive Pre-Orders, Set to Challenge Tesla Model Y

BYD's upcoming electric SUV, the Song L, has already received over 11,000 pre-orders ahead of its official launch on December 15. The mid-size electric SUV, part of BYD's Dynasty series, will compete with Tesla's Model Y and ZEEKR 001. The Song L is available in five trims, with prices ranging from 220,000 to 280,000 yuan ($30,700 to $39,000), and offers a range of up to 662 km (411 mi). Additionally, BYD recently unveiled another mid-size electric SUV, the Sea Lion 07, which is expected to rival Tesla's Model Y in the Chinese market.
