Approximately 3,436 pounds of boneless beef chuck product labeled "Elkhorn Valley Pride Angus Beef 61226 BEEF CHUCK 2PC BNLS" have been recalled due to possible E. coli contamination. The products were shipped to various locations in nine states. The issue was discovered during routine testing, and there have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions.
