Theranos Executive Sunny Balwani's Prison Delay Bid Rejected by Court.

The US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit has rejected Sunny Balwani's effort to delay serving his prison term until his appeal is decided. Balwani, the former president and COO of Theranos, was convicted of 12 counts of wire fraud and conspiracy. His co-conspirator and former lover, Elizabeth Holmes, has filed her own motion to delay the start of her prison term, currently set to begin on April 27.
