Texas Man Sues Walmart for $100M or Lifetime Free Shopping

Roderick Jackson of Waskom, Texas, is suing Walmart for $100 million in damages or "unlimited free lifetime shopping" following an alleged incident at a Nebraska store involving false shoplifting accusations and violation of his civil rights based on race/color. Walmart stated it does not tolerate discrimination and intends to defend against the allegations. Jackson, who filed the complaints without an attorney, also seeks payment of court fees. This is not the first time he has sued Walmart over the same incident, previously seeking $175 million in damages.
