OpenAI can roam across clouds as Microsoft and OpenAI renegotiate a friendlier deal

Microsoft and OpenAI renegotiated their long-standing partnership to allow OpenAI’s models to run on all cloud providers (including AWS), while Microsoft remains OpenAI’s primary cloud partner.
